How to make a registration?
Registration is possible online.

How to book a hotel room?
A room allotment is reserved for congress participants until 28th October 2010 and hotel reservation is possible online at the Tourist office St.Gallen. For questions concerning accommodation and your reservation, please call the Tourist office St.Gallen at phone: +41 71 227 37 16.

How to get an invitation for the embassy?
To send an invitation for a VISA, we need some personal data in advance. Therefore please kindly make a registration for the congress online. Furthermore please send a copy of your passport. You can send it as document by email or fax it to: +41 (0)71 494 28 86.
Before we can send an invitation, we have to receive the payment. Please note that unfortunately it is not possible to send an invitation, before we received the payment. We will send the invitation by email and by postal mail, as soon as we have everything necessary.
