Terms and conditions
Registration
Advance registration is only possible online. Participation in the workshops is limited and is on a first come first serve basis. Payment is possible with credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or by bank transfer and has to be processed within the appropriate deadline after the registration.
The early bird rate is offered until 22nd September 2010.
Closing date for advance registration is 18th November 2010. After this date, registration will only be possible on site.
On site, the payment is possible in Swiss Francs (CHF) and Euro (€), payed in cash, with debit or credit card. Formalities on site require more time, if the participant is not registered yet.
Confirmation
Confirmation of registration and payment will be sent by email to all participants, registered in advance. The confirmation letter is an official document and certifies registration. Please have your confirmation available to receive the registration material on site. Registrations will only be processed and confirmed when payment is received in full.
Cancelations
All cancellations should be made in writing or by email to the congress secretariat.
If notification is received by 15th October, fees will be refunded less € 70.- handling fee. Part this date, there will be no refund. Changes in dates, times and site do not give the right to cancel registration.
Data Use Agreement
With registration, the participant agrees to the usage of his data by the Medkongress AG. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Agreement can be revoked informally by writing an email to the congress secretariat.
Legal Basis
Organiser of the congress is Medkongress AG. The organisers and their authorised representatives cannot be held liable for any damages, of whatever nature or loss of goods. Nor can they be held for any damages arising from any other defects in the accommodation or the surrounding grounds, any damage to goods or persons arising from any cause whatsoever, if and insofar as such damage or loss is not covered by third party liability insurance taken out by the organisers.
