| Registration | Advance registration is only possible online. Participation in the workshops is limited and is on a first come first serve basis. Closing date for advance registration is 18th November 2010. After this date, registration will only be possible on site. |

| * Trainee: Applicants must be younger than 35 years. A trainee certificate has to be faxed to: F +41 71 494 28 86. The certificate has to be sent contemporary to the congress secretariat. If no certificate was sent in advance, the full fee will be charged on site. | ||
| Payment | Payment has to be processed within the appropriate deadline after the registration. Payment is possible with credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or by bank transfer (registration with bank transfer is possible until 3rd November 2010). On site, the payment is possible in Swiss Francs (CHF) and Euro (€), payed in cash, with debit or credit card. |
| Confirmation | Confirmation of registration and payment will be sent by email to all participants, registered in advance. The confirmation letter is an official document and certifies registration. Please have your confirmation available to receive the registration material on site. |
| Cancellation | All cancellations should be made in writing or by email to the congress secretariat. If notification is received before 15th October, fees will be refunded less € 70.- handling fee. Past this date, there will be no refund. Changes in dates, times and site do not give the right to cancel registration. |
| Catering | Catering is not included in the registration fee of the congress. Meals and drinks can be purchased on site. Catering is included in the workshop registration fee. |
| Currency | The currency in Switzerland is Swiss Francs (CHF). We recommend bringing Swiss Francs with you or to obtain them from cash machines on-site. Most shops and petrol stations accept Euro (€). |
| Badge | The conference badge allows access to the congress venue. Participants are requested to wear the badge throughout the congress. |
